pygmy only tries to connect to the postgres db #49

I need a way to be able to configure which db pygmy connects to - I do not want it connecting to the postgres db in my environment. I started to make a patchset for that but it quickly became a rabbit hole I wasn't prepared for.

database name can be mentioned in cluster edit settings for EC2 only
