Sipgate.com no connection error credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL) #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
to connect
I see credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ipod Touch 3.0
Siphon 2.0.8
sipgate.com is my provider

Please provide any additional information below.
can you please help me configure this app

version: 3.1.2
condition: credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)
issue: 100% sure that my account login or pwd is correct because i used them 
with 
another sip application which is no problem at all!

Could you enable log level to detailed ?
Could you post the log file ? /var/mobile/Library/Siphon/log.txt.

But I believe you should re-write your login and pwd ;-)

like you mentioned, it did related to login and pwd issue, but one another 
isuue is 
that it will crash after 10-15 second, somehow, during this period when I 
disable 
wifi and enable wifi, it works, but it's not the normal way to use the 
application!

Yes it does crash after 10-15 seconds if I have wifi on.  I have to cut it off 
before I 
open siphon and then I can cut it back on after I'm connected.

 how can we remove sip registration error :credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL) in my project .it is working on emulator but doesn't working at the time of mobile .please give me answer.
