What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enabling registration with pbxes.org and sipsorcery.com
2. Is the username field constrained to numerals only? If so, removing this
restriction will also help

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
>> Expected to see "connected" on the right top corner of the keypad
screen. Instead, I see "Credential not auhenticated" for pbxes.org and
"Exceeded maximum number of stale retries" sipsorcery.com . I have already
checked that the username and password are correct. I am able to get other
SIP applications such as SIAX and my ATA to register correctly with both
pbxes.org and sipsorcery.com using the same login username and password.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
