sitch off gsm button #268

not an issue but an enhancement... I find useless the gsm button, wich also 
makes easy to mistake 
and make calls accidentally using regular gsm provider (not cheap for 
international calls)

Then could you please add a switch on preferences so it can be disabled, 
allowing siphon only to 
make calls using VOIP? thankyou
