Receiving Call

Is it possible to add receive call feature ?

I'm using backgrounder, and send your app to background. but normally your
app. doesn't have receive call feature, if you can add this feature, this
will be superior app.

Could you explain what is receive call feature ?
Because with Siphon allows to receive calls !!!
I never tested backgrounder, but I think some guys use it without pb.
