Siphon with Vonage Credential failed to authenticate

I am using he the ID  as the phone no. and password that is 
utlized to login to vonage website.  Pls ccofirm if this is corret 
credentials to be used.

I don't have Vonage account. The users gave me the informations that I posted

credential failed to authenticate (PJSIP_EFAILEDCREDENTIAL)
siphon 2.3 iphone is a 3gs with ios 4.2/ user and pass are config correct/ 
checked all settings and still cant get it to connect/
