Edge problem in sleep mode

Sorry my English is not good! (Iphone 3 g, 8 GB; FW 3.0; siphone 2.1. 0rc3)

In standby mode can't siphone connection to 3 g/edge of alone again build 
even if the connection to the Provieder failed!
When you first start Internet is able, although I got an IP from the O2 
provider!
At the start of Safarie browser or email,... siphone the sip.1und1.de can 
connect to server.
Under edge, the conversation is öffters up to 4 seconds afterwards!

The Srech is connection for clearly! PRAISE.
There are a few apps account in Germany clearly coming with the 1und1!
It would be nice if fixed the errors be! Donation!

I uploaded a new version of Siphon 
(http://code.google.com/p/siphon/downloads/list ).
This issue should be fixed, could you confirm this ?

I added a new switch in network settings to enable Keep Awake option.
By default this switch is disabled. When the keep awake feature is enabled, a 
phone
is displayed in status bar
