Add country name for each code. #5

Have had a bit of a look around there appears to be no cross platform solution that provides country codes and countries without having to go through a song and dance - init the list.

Would you be open to updating the api to include the country name along with each code?

@denixport I'm guessing that have moved on to other things.

I'm wondering if you would be open to me taking over administration of this project?
