Setting up servers & local development environment that will be used for staging the system and applications.
Must decided what to use. (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, dedicated server)

Python 3.6 was installed. Virtual environment has been used, top of this Django latest version, Git, NLTK, Tweepy were installed. Pythonanywhere server will be used. (it was decided.)
