Same issue here since a few days. Ring trigger "Algemene Alarm" is not firing Flows correctly.
Sometimes it fires but mostly it does not trigger the Flows. No authentication issues and when looking at the device from Homey App, it shows the snapshot and other info correctly.
Im having similar behavior. Seems to work well for a bit after a restart but then it does not receive/process “generic alarm” triggers anymore. It does process all motion alarms successfully (seen on the device), just not the Generic ones
Exactly the same for me. When I restart my doorbell, it will work once or twice but after that no more generic alarms are beeing recognized. It stopped a few weeks ago, before that it always worked. Also the doorbell's history only shows motion alarms.
Ring worked always correctly, since a few weeks the alarm trigger is not always working anymore. If I test the flow, I do hear the sound over the Sonos Speakers. And for the check i'm sending a message to my phone, but this is also not received.
