4 years ago It does not toggle the state in the app. It disables the device on the api endpoint. The Ring app apparently uses a different api and ignores this.

Hi!
I just tried the motion detection on/off flow, and it doesnt change the "motion alerts" state in the ring app as far as i can see. Could there be a long delay before it goes active?
