Detection Not Working #80

None of my cameras are sensing motion. This worked fine until yesterday. I’ve deleted the app, installed again and authenticated again but no change.

My ring app still works fine.

Can you help.

I have the same issue with Ring Doorbell Pro. Motion is registered in doorbell but not by Homey/app.

Had the same problem I revoked authentication then changed mfa to auth app and readded a doorbell authenticated with username password and mfa code them canceled. After that everything started to work again

I also have the same problem with my Ring doorbell. But not only motion detection. The Ring app doesn't register the Alarm signal either. The only thing is working, is the camera when i log-in in the app on Homey. It doesn't work in a flow.

Tried above solution, but didn't work. Tried it in v2.3.2 of the app and also in test version v2.4.0.

Does someone has a fix/solution?

Edit: tried above solution for several times, and the last time (5th) it seems to work again!
