failed auth with 401 #20

Hi Guys,

I noticed that I am getting the following error I know what 401 means, but i have reset the pw and I know that the email is correct, any ideas what is going on ?

If you log out on your mobile device and log in again with your login details, are you able to log in to the app again? And try sign-in with your login details in side the browser homewizard.com/nl/mijn-account/. If you create a new account and try to log in with this account in the ingreation within ha?
