Hi Dennis

I have been trying to get this to work for about a year now.

I am currently on 2024.10.3 and have been unsuccessful to get this to work. If I install the plugin, I get the prompts for username and password. After that, I get no entities listed. (I have seen the other questions)

Are there more instructions or requirements? Some more help would be super helpful.

I have managed to get the websocket bit installed to execute and check. (I get the 401 error) My username and password is definitely correct as I can log out and log back into the app.

I have been using the app on iOS App name: Princess Home App version: 1.0.6 App build: 20231215110242 App bundle ID: com.princess.home

Some guidance would be really helpful

Thanks for reaching out. It's been a while since i looked at the app but hope I can help. I don't know if the com.princess.home app is the correct app to use. Can i ask what type of device you want to add. I'm using the Homewizard climate app https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/homewizard-climate/id1451067911 (but then on android) and it has support for almost all the princess devices. it could be that the princess app uses another api or accesses the devices locally.
