Click on an existing soundtrack
Click rename
Rename it and continue
Changes do not appear in program UI, are not applied to Xbox either (so it doesn't do automatic FTP renames like XBOXST, which is fine)
Either due to the above issues, or due to another issue, renaming a soundtrack doesn't make FTP Changes button available, which it should be as there may be a time you want to rename a soundtrack and nothing else

Renaming issue for soundtrack title and song title should be fixed now.
