Unknown Error #7

getting unknown error when uploading music to XBOX HDD. so I probably screwed something up the first time around uploaded everything fine. but was getting blank dupes of songs after 244 files. deleted the tracks renamed a hand full of songs to make sure they fall in the 32 character limit. went to upload the songs canceled the upload cause it was asking me to rename and so I killed the program in task manager cause it wouldn't go away. brought it back up went to reconnect the ftp keeps giving me unknow error as well as input out put error in stream

Somebody needs to specify the compatible bit rate in the documentation. The tool keeps crashing on me. Also, if the settings use FTP connections, then why don't i see the drive partitions in the output settings? Kinda defeats the purpose.
