Pre-allocated XML-CDR filters #524

To be able to built from the beginning specific Call Detail record filters and 
assign those filters to individual users. In this case a single domain can 
populate only relative CDRs according to the served cause. e.g. Call center 1 
users are not able to see Call center 2 CDRs, only their relative CDRs and 
recordings are available. By the way is there a way to achieve such scenario?

Hi, I have just noticed that by creating a user account with the same extension 
as the extension of the call center queue the user is eligible to see only CDRs 
for the specific call  center queue. That is great. Although it is not quite 
complete. At least filters for date and source should be in place for CDRs 
presented to individual users. Can you point out how to achieve this goal?
