Error in Yealink Provisioning template (tested with T22p)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. prepare provisioning for a yealink.
2. set values for yealink_time_zone (+1) and yealink_time_zone_name ( 
Austria(Vienna) )
3. provision the phone. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

the phone should use the provided time zone settings.
although the values are set correctly the phone seems to ignore them. 
Looking at the actual yealink provisioning template from yealink, the 
local_time.* settings have been moved to the mac specific configuration.
Same applies for the lang.gui =  setting. 
Although in the original yealink template it's still in the common file, the 
Phone ignores it if it's not in the mac specific configuration. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

debian wheezy
fusionpbx-provisioning-template-yealink     3.7.1-21
Yealink T22P Firmware 7.72.0.80
