Feature Request: Multi-tenancy Admin Domain #780

In a multi tenancy system, allow an admin domain to be created, or 
automatically be created, whereby a superadmin would be able to see all 
registrations, across all domains. Including sip show peer functionality as 
discussed during the November Training would be ideal. As an admin, it is 
important to know if segments of my customers are registered, or not, without 
having to click through each domain, then click registrations. A control panel 
so to speak.
