Is there a way to start it on boot directly minimized on m1 ? #10

Thanks for the work since the official version isn't capable to do it. i want to ask Is there a way to start it on boot directly minimized on m1 ?

Is a misconfiguration on my side or the "normal" behavior ?

Open items automatically when you log in on Mac has a "Hide" checkbox... (Settings...Login Items) I'd check if that works, but I'm in the wrong OS instance right now to test.

There shouldn't be any difference between the official Signal app and my fork in that regard. Under Preferences > General > System there is Open at computer login, but in order for it to start minimized, you might want to check @elvey's tip above 😊
