Add a .gitignore file into workspace and remove .gitignore files from projects.

Set 'dailymoney_src' in dailymoney-surface/.project to 'WORKSPACE_LOC/dailymoney/src'.

WORKSPACE_LOC is a default global variable in Eclipse.
