Once the codebase has matured enough and we have at least multi-threading support.

Hey @gkarv I reserved this issue for you although it's probably a bit early to work on.. If you wanna help out with anything else (would be a great C++ practice for you), have a look at the issues labeled "beginner friendly" (yellow) ;)
