No link to register as mentoring organisation #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to http://code.google.com/soc/

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected some way to register as a mentoring organisation. Instead I find
links to the FAQ, the wiki, last years SoCs and the terms of service only.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Firefox 2.0.x on Ubuntu Linux. Konqueror displays the page in exactly the
same way.

Please provide any additional information below.
