MetroGrid scrollbar style changed to windows default style #92

windows 7 vs2017 community description:

  1. 2 metro tabs, 1 of them have the metrogrid which displays the vertical scrollbar in metro style normally.
  2. toggle to another metro tab and resize the window(form) then toggle to the first tab(which has the metrogrid) then the vertical scrollbar's style is the windows default style.
