I find some of the default colors (especially the neutral colors) are "too gray-ish".

Update the --uie-color-neutral-* and --uie-color-accent-* custom properties to slightly different shades from their current values.

Overwriting these custom properties work as well, but the main idea behind this request is to refresh the default overall look of the application.
