Adaptations in the config file

I did different adaptations in the config file and in the connected source code:

• including an option to turn off the merging by overlapping vortex area by merge_opt_vort_area=0
• including an option to turn off the land mask by land_mask_type=0
• more documentation in the config file and different order of some variables
• renaming of some variables to make them being closer to the literature
• putting the variables for cold front detection into the config file.

For this also the fortran scripts were adapted. I hope, that I uploaded all the necessary fortran scripts.

The code is running with the input files with all variables on pressure levels in one file. I sent these input files in an issue some weeks ago.
