Circle transition #110

Need new transition logic to counteract angular momentum coming out of a circle (spiral) action, as basic transition is not sufficient.

I believe this has been handled by Dennis' modifications to control code. Can we close?

I think this issue was for making the 'cyclone' trajectory. It's sketched out in the GradualCircle class but not tested
