[GUI/Backend] Stop Button and Functionality

Users should be able to hit a stop button to have the drones safely land at that point in the choreography.

A stop button should be available on the GUI, represented by a shaded square.
Functionality should be added to the server to accept the request from the GUI and take action.

@dmz38 Is the gui element done - as in, all that's left is the backend?
