More Dynamic Takeoff/Land Trajectories #92

Currently takeoff and land trajectories are computed for a fixed duration (10 seconds).

Change to compute duration based on distance to ground/hold point and a constant preferred speed.

Something like 0.2m/s to 0.3m/s should do nicely.
