We have some IPSec tunnels with numbrs inside their name. So this would be useful for us and perhaps for someone else.

I totally agree. Added a test, if the connections with numbers really get picked up and merged your change. Thanks for the contribution! Will push out v0.1.2 today where this change will be included.
