Add possibility to icons grow to bottom instead of to top. And load config files from other path than default to be able to load two instances of wbar at the same time. ( patch included )

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Icons always grow to top.
2. The "-config" command was removed in the new updates.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Current SVN version.

This is not an bug report, i just opened the issue to provide the diff file to 
fix both issues.

I added a new option to make the icons grow to bottom, here is an example:

This can be used when the bar position is "top", to be more coherent with the 
bar position.

The second change adds support to load another config file instead of the 
default $HOME/.wbar, this can be changed calling "wbar -config /file/to/path". 
I needed this because i'm using two instances of wbar ( example: 
http://i.imgur.com/SS7WZ.jpg ). The wbar reloading is working fine with other 
config file too.
