[patch] link against intllib when using it #56

wbar uses symbols that, on NetBSD and most other non-Linux systems, reside in 
libintl. Thus it should link against it. Luckily, autoconf already provides a 
symbol for this: @INTLLIBS@. Attached patch fixes the issue.
