wbar-config couldn't put wbar at "bottom-*" on screen.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch wbar and wbar-config.
2. In Preferences tab of the wbar-config, configure Position screen to 
"bottom-right" and push Reload button.
3. So, the wbar does not move to right on the screen instead of bottom-right.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

 wbar could be putted at bottom-* on screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 wbar 2.2.2 on FreeBSD

Please provide any additional information below.
