Wbar config can be resized? #71

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run wbar-config
2. When it's on screen, it can't be resized so
3. to get to the end of long command lines requres horiz scrolling

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.0-1 on Debian Sid

Solved it - just edit the Glade file which comes with wbar.
