wbar loads before the desktop wallpaper is full loaded

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Put wbar to start automatically on startup

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
wbar loads the wrong background.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
I edited the sources and added a new option "sleep" to cope with this case.

A little improvement. Add sleep only on first load, reloads will experience no 
delays.
