What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open wbar on a multi-monitor with center position
2. it open right in the middle of them.
3. Thats ugly.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On current settings that is right
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
Added a new setting "displace" orthogonal to "offset" to cope with this case.
