GPS not released #171

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure you have enabled Overlays->"My Location". If not enable, then close 
and open app.
2. Start tracking.
3. Stop tracking.
4. Press back to exit app.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
GPS icon in taskbar shows that it is still engaged. It should not.

Which Android device are you using?
Geeksphone one.

What version of Android are you running?
Rcmod 3.0.4 (android 2.2.1)

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?
SVN r702
Please provide any additional information below.
