无法运行MSCONFIG #25

无论是ALTRUN自带的msconfig命令，还是自己添加路径msconfig.exe，
都提示无法运行，求解决方案。我是Win7 x64平台。
另外，在此平台上，Altrun经常会遇到奇怪的错误。

好软件一枚，还是希望可以持续更新啊，感谢作者了！
