Upgrade project format + Add dnt

I updated the README:

• renamed the update section to changelog.
• moved it to the bottom of the readme.
• replace screenshot relative link to absolute link.
• add npm version tag.
• patch the readme file to show valid NodeJS code on NPM instead of deno code.

I will publish the current version as v 1.1.0, so the nodeJS V 1.1.0 will not exactly match the deno V 1.1.0, but that is the only version that will have a different version.

then the next version will be public directly by a new Github action.

So the next real version will contain mostly doc improvement and will be tagged as V 1.1.1, or whatever version you want.

I wait for you to merge then I will add the GitHub action. and then We will be able to publish a new version.
