Not Working #31

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing is happening when I open program 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
15.7 with windows 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I have opened task manager and when I double click program nothing happens on 
screen but shows in task manager for few seconds and comes off, I've tried 
uninstalling and restarting computer and trying again switching internet off 
along with pc and still no luck

I know the problem which concerns the OS W8.1. I'll find a solution
