"There is a problem with the crypt files (WWE Network) #39

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. http://network.wwe.com/video/v35156745
2. I can pick the links, click on 4500 and name the file
3. durring download i get the message "there is a problem with the crypt files"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
17.2p (latest)

Please provide any additional information below.
Win76pro 64bit

Hi, 

if you're in US please try with & without proxies. Check that the cacert.pem's 
file is in atresdownloader's folder and that neither a firewall nor an 
antivirus is blocking the application. If that does not work try erasing the 
folder and reinstalling. Try the software in another computer if you can (for 
delimiting possibilities). Tell me how all this rules.

First of all thanks for your replay and great software.

I have checked my firewall and Antivir (Kaspersky) but to let you know, some
downloads work and other not,
So not everytime I get this message.
I have tried to reinstall Atres and also tried on another computer at work,
the same problem.

I am also experiencing problems with downloading certain videos from WWE 
Network.  Keep getting the "There is a problem with the Crypt files" popup
