Full video does not download

What steps will reproduce the problem?
when logging to hotstar.com

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
when pasting the link 
http://www.hotstar.com/#!/ye-hai-mohabbatein-3/ishita-s-secret-1000000001-e 
into atresdownloader
The video does download but only 11 minutes get downloaded then it stops, the 
video normally is 22 minutes

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8.1 and the latest update of ur product atresdownloader
