Does Not Produce .mp4 #56

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Program successfully finds and downloads video from
http://njpwworld.com/p/s_series_00281_1_1
2. After the download finishes, it never produces the final .mp4 file. There
is nothing.
3. Or sometimes it will produce a folder full of .ts files and a "crypt-1.key"
file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I watch the program download the full 2gb file from the website, and can see it
producing the folder of .ts files and 2 m3u8 files. Sometimes it simply
deletes everything without producing an mp4. Sometimes it just leaves the
encrpted .ts files in the folder along with the key, but I don't know how to
decrypt them and make the mp4 myself.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
a3toMP4v17.3F on Windows 7 Home Premium

Please provide any additional information below.

I've uninstalled, deleted the adownloader folder and reinstalled at least 4
times now, with no improvement. The weird thing is, the very first time I used
it, it worked for a similar sized file. I also was able to get it to work on a
free video: http://njpwworld.com/p/o_original_0008_6, which was only 58 seconds
long. I just tried a premium video which was 22 minutes long
(http://njpwworld.com/p/o_original_0002_10). It only produced a 4min 49sec
long mp4 and deleted the temporary folder and the m3u8 files.
Something is going wrong with the production of the mp4. Everything seems to
be downloading ok.

It works for me. Now the ts files arent deleted and that must be in all the
cases. Sorry for the problems, i'll see later if i can imagine the problem for
you. Only an advise: change the name of the mp4 file when press the button to
download without crazy characters.

Sometimes my folder with ts files is deleted, sometimes it isn't. It isn't
consistent. I've tried changing the name of the mp4 as well, and that hasn't
helped. Just restarted my pc to see if that helps, since it apparently works
fine for others. Tried a 9 minute video, got a 9 second mp4, no ts folder. :(

I had the same issue.
After the download is completed, don't do anything to the files.
Instead, type the same url again and the files will be reassembled.
You can delete the files other than mp4 after the video is downloaded
successfully.
Please tell me if this is useful in your case as it worked in my case.
