m3u8 to mp4 is not done properly #59

Steps-
1. Go to hotstar.com
2. Search sarabhai vs. Sarabhai
3. go to episode 1
4. Copy url
5. Paste in atresdownloader
6. Select 1080p

Expected outcome-
Single mp4 file

Outcome visible-
a folder full of.tv files and one very short mp4 file along with 2 m3u8 files.

Version-Unknown
Os-Windows 8.1 Single Language
