Corrupt mp4 #61

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.download video from cbs.com (all access)
2. say yes to download subtitles.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? If you don't select
subtitles, the video file is just fine -- if you do, you get an mp4 that's
damaged.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? latest
version on windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below. PLease contact me if you have
questions -- basically i've run many tests, if no subs are selected, the output
file is fine, when subs are included, the resulting file doesn't play back
properly.

Hi,

the file isnt corrupt, its the peculiar version of the vlc which goes with the
program which cannot reproduce it. Try the downloaded file with other
reproductor.

It is corrupt -- i can't demux or remux it or do anything with it. The mp4
without subs can be demuxed or remuxed without issue. You get this error with
ts muxer specifically - "moov atom not found" -- which points to a
corrupt/damaged mp4 file.

Use mkvextract. To make it fast the file is indeed in mkv format.

ahh -- if i rename the mp4 to mkv and then extract and re-mux it works --
thanks for that pointer.

Recently I have been trying to download the below url

http://www.hotstar.com/#!/iss-pyar-k...i-1000007717-e

It downloads fine, but somehow does not mux, 3 to 4 files are like that...

I have tried uninstalling vlc and reinstalling adownloader but still not able
to get the mp4 file. More than 1 gb of data is downloaded but not converted to
mp4.

The files are in .ts format.. I am using the 17.3F version and also installed
17.3p

No mp4 file has been generated. Pls help.
