BBCiPlayer Limelight streams won't download! #64

1. What steps will reproduce the problem?

a) Try to download video for this BBCiPlayer URL (any iPlayerTV URL will do):

http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p02f84w6/

Since I'm not in the UK, I choose "online proxies"...

b) The various available video streams for all 3 (Akamai, Limelight, Level3) 
CDNs are correctly detected. 

c) Pick a limelight stream to download; Ll CDN is not geo-blocked at FMS level, 
whereas the Ak CDN is... 

e.g. rt_Climelight_h264_640_360_796

2. What is the expected output?

Video stream from Ll CDN should begin downloading; there is no need for UK VPN.

3. What do you see instead?

The file size is correctly displayed (64 MB), but no download starts; 
Adownloader starts consuming increasing amount of CPU (65-85%) and with time 
becomes unresponsive; I have to stop the download process by pressing the 
little red X button. 

4. What version of the product are you using?

Adownloader v17.3 (from the full setup, a3toMP4v17.3F.exe)

5. On what operating system?

WinVista SP2 x86 Home Premium (en-US)

6. Please provide any additional information below.

 Two days ago I reported issue #63 - at that time the limelight streams worked fine and in fact I had saved some that day to disk... it was the level3 stream that wasn't detected.
 After you fixed issue #63, the level3 stream is detected and downloaded fine - so are the geo-blocked akamai streams, if you employ a UK VPN. However, none of the Limelight streams will download, not even by using a UK VPN. Seems to me that while fixing the L3 stream, you somehow broke the Limelight ones...
 I have made some tests that prove the limelight streams are working fine; can be viewed in a browser with a UK http proxy, can be downloaded by rtmpdump or FreeRapidDownloader - please also view my comment #3 in issue #63:
