ROH onlone and BBC #70

hi was wondering how I can get videos off ROH On Demand as when I copy url 
program crashes?

and BBC when I download .MP4 askes for rt_Clevel3 or rt_Cakamai(what's the 
difference between them?) and when I downoload the fils wont show photo or if I 
click properties wont show time, frame rate or audio?
