SOME THINGS GET DOWNLOADED AND OTHERS DO NOT

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. PASTE URL 
2. THE PROCESSING IS OKAY
3. THEN THERE IS NO RESPONSE AFTER YOU CLICK TO SAVE

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
WHEN YOU SAVE THE VIDEO IT IS NOT RESPONDING

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WINDOWS 8.1

Please provide any additional information below.
WHEN I PASTE THE URL FROM HOTSTAR SOMETIMES THE I AM ABLE TO SAVE AND OTHER 
TIMES I AM NOT ABLE TO SAVE BECAUSE THE PROGRAM IS NOT RESPONDING.  FOR EXAMPLE

IT PROCESS IT OK AND THEN I GO TO SAVE THE VIDEO.   BUT THE PROGRAM IS NOT
