[Bug]: Build is not working but cannot see why #637

Problem description

i pushed twice with small changes and in my deployment status has a grey question mark and in the bulld logs i don't see any errors.

Steps to reproduce

I have had the same problem today. It has failed to deploy for the last 4 hours.

Deno Deploy is now reporting "An internal server error occurred" against the deployments, but it does not provide any more information.

We identified a temporary performance issue when uploading assets to the backing storage, which shouldn't happen now. We'll apply the fix for this issue shortly.
