Exclude tag in anchor

Hi,

In the README of the Third Party Modules, the generated anchors contain the HTML tag. For example for the title # `new Cron(cronex, func, [active])`, the anchor is codenew-croncronex-func-activecode.

You shouldn't include the HTML tags in the anchors, as GitHub currently does.
